Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and ethical Group Internal Audit Manager to lead our internal audit function across all our entities. This role is pivotal in ensuring our governance, risk management, and internal control processes are effective, robust, and aligned with our strategic goals. You will work closely with senior leadership and the Board Audit Committee to provide independent assurance, drive continuous improvement, and safeguard the integrity of our operations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver the Group’s annual risk-based audit plan.
- Lead and conduct operational, financial, compliance, and IT audits across all business units.
- Assess and enhance governance, internal control, and risk management frameworks.
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen processes and mitigate risks.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Oversee, mentor, and develop the internal audit team.
- Serve as the main liaison with external auditors, regulators, and the Board Audit Committee.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (CIA, ACA, ACCA, CISA, or equivalent) is required.
- 7–10 years’ internal audit experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IIA Standards and IFRS; experience in multi-entity or financial services environments is an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High ethical standards, professional judgment, and a passion for excellence.
