Akinola Sawyerr brings over two decades of global financial services and fintech leadership to CeviantX. He began his career in investment banking technology at Lehman Brothers before advancing to senior leadership roles at State Street Global Advisors, where he managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios and client relationships. In 2011, Akinola transitioned to West Africa’s fintech sector, serving as COO at Vanso Limited, where he scaled operations ahead of its acquisition by Interswitch. He later co-founded ARCA Payments, where he led the development of a Central Bank-approved payment terminal management platform. With a strong foundation in information systems and financial technology, Akinola combines international experience with deep regional expertise to drive Ceviant’s global growth and partnerships.
