Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Director, Growth & Partnerships, to lead the expansion and strategic alliances of Ceviant Payments. This senior leadership role is critical to driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building partnerships that position Ceviant as a leader in payments innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a bold growth strategy, including market entry and client acquisition initiatives.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the business development team, setting targets and supporting success.
- Drive revenue growth through innovative client solutions and business opportunities.
- Represent Ceviant at industry events and forums, strengthening our brand and market presence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to align partnership strategies with business capabilities.
- Provide regular performance updates and forecasts to the executive team.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in senior business development, partnerships, or growth roles in financial services or fintech.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or master’s preferred).
- Deep knowledge of payments, fintech, and financial services markets, including regulation and industry dynamics.
- Proven ability to negotiate high-value partnerships and business agreements.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Established network within payments, fintech, and financial services.
