Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic and client-focused Senior Wealth Manager to join our Asset Management team. This role will oversee high-net-worth client portfolios, deliver tailored investment strategies, and lead wealth advisory initiatives that align with clients’ long-term financial goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, while also mentoring Wealth Advisors and driving the growth of our wealth management practice.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute customized wealth and investment management strategies for high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring the highest levels of service and trust.
- Provide insights on market trends, portfolio performance, and investment opportunities.
- Lead and guide a team of Wealth Advisors to achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management leadership on product development and business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; a Master’s or CFA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management.
- Proven track record managing portfolios for high-net-worth clients.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and business development skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management abilities.
- Deep knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
