Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technical Product Manager to support the development and management of our Group-wide platform. This role will focus on aligning product functionality with business objectives across multiple entities, ensuring the platform delivers seamless, integrated solutions that power payments, treasury, and financial services. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product teams across the Group to prioritize features, manage roadmaps, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and product roadmaps.
- Manage the lifecycle of platform features from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define scope, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple entities to align platform capabilities with business needs.
- Conduct platform performance reviews and recommend enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in platform and systems design.
- Ensure compliance, scalability, and security in product development.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a technical, platform, or multi-entity setup.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience managing cross-functional product delivery with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance technical constraints with business needs.
