  1. Booking and Payment

    1. A booking shall only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total ticket cost and a Touchdown Fee of ₦25,000.

    2. The balance of the total ticket amount must be paid no later than five (5) days prior to the scheduled travel date.

    3. Failure to complete full payment by this date shall result in automatic cancellation of the booking. In such cases, the customer shall be entitled to a refund of all sums paid, excluding the non-refundable 25% deposit and the ₦25,000 Touchdown Fee.

  2. Cancellation Policy

    1. Bookings may be cancelled by the customer up to five (5) days before the travel date.

    2. Cancellations made within five (5) days of the travel date shall not be eligible for a refund.

  3. Refunds and Repayments

    1. Refunds (where applicable) shall be processed only to the unique account number generated for the customer following the initial deposit.

    2. The generated account number will be communicated to the customer via email, together with the payment confirmation notice.

    3. In cases where payments are made directly to Touchdown, customers must transfer such funds into the generated account to maintain an accurate audit trail.

  4. Interest Rates

    The following interest rates shall apply to ticket-related financing or deferred payments:

    • 0–30 days: 2.5%
    • 31–90 days: 7.5%
    • 91–180 days: 15%

  5. Payment Deadline

    The final payment date shall be no later than five (5) days before the travel date.

  6. General Provisions

    1. Touchdown reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

    2. By confirming a booking or making any payment to Touchdown, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
